The Sonic on Olive St in Pine Bluff, AR sucks!!! They never have ice cream or if they have any ice cream and you order a very... thick strawberry shake and they bring it out and it's like runny milk. If I wanted milk I would have stayed home. They saidtheir ice cream machine wasn't hard and their milk shake machine was runny. Got my money back and left. Pulled into stall pushed button waited 10 min no answer. Moved to another stall pushed button and again 10 min no answer. Yes... the buttons was working. So pulled out to drive-thru and 2 cars in front of me and 10 min later no movement thats just badbusiness. Horrible! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered ahead two drinks. When I got there the stall number wouldn?t load. So I... called in to tell them I was there. We waited. Meanwhile others were getting their orders?at least three around me. I calledinside again, she apologized and said she?d talk to the kitchen. I ordered 2 drinks!! That?s it. About 15 minutes or more laterI called corporate to get a refund, still no drinks. I finally drove off, still talking to corporate to file a formalcomplaint.
