The buffet was superb. Everything was fresh, and clean. These particular staff members , Kalasha and Demarcus, went above and... beyond to be personable and professional, making our experience there one to be repeated! The buffet manager, Ariel, even jumpsin and helps her staff when they?re swamped. No one complains, these people laugh and smile! Ariel definitely has a team thatworks well together and makes you want to come back! Thank you to the above mentioned employees for making our first time suchan amazing experience! Well done! Quapaw Kitchen was great in the beginning, now that the prices have gone up the quality of food has gone down. Don't waste your... money! Cold crableggs with cold butter, asked if they had a microwave to heat it, the answer was no.. Read more

While the food and service here is exceptional the price is not. It's $70 for a BUFFET that limits the amount of crab legs... clusters to 4! Read more

I eat at this buffett very often. But, do not understand their price increases. Especially, since they are not offering all you... can eat buffet (seafood) anymore. A couple of things I suggest they do is change the prices on the regular buffett, crablegs, and lobster. To begin with, the regular buffett is not worth $40 + tax and no one should be forced to pay an extra $30 forcrablegs, lobster tails when all they want is only 2 crab clusters or 1 lobster tail to go with their meal. To fix the problem Isuggest that they go back to customers paying $30 for regular buffet and give an option of paying $9.99 or $10.99 per 2 crabclusters or 1 lobster tail. Plus, a lot of times customers that pay the extra $30 for the crablegs end up giving their extratickets away. So why not come up with a stategy to keep your customers happy and your staff members employed with a job. Inaddition, the kitchen needs to be consistent when they cook the crablegs. When we first started coming here to eat the crablegswere well seasoned, but now they are tasteless and bland. Please, have the chefs measure there ingredients to make sure it tastethe same everytime. I hope they come up with a new plan soon because the buffett is what draws the patrons to the casino. But, Iwill say that I gave the buffett 3 stars due to the waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and hostesses on the register doing theirjob, and being very friendly. Read more

Had dinner at this restaurant last night. Everything was simply wonderful. The lobster tails and steak were fresh and perfectly... cooked. All side items I had were delicious. Asparagus was possibly the best I?ve ever had and I can?t stop thinking about thatwonderful caprese salad. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. This was a lovely experience. We will definitely beback Read more

We drove over an hour to go eat the all you can eat crab legs. Our first time there. Did not go at all for the casino just... wanted the all you can eat crab legs we heard about. After getting there and paying $155 for two people without drinks. Andafter being seated, we were then told that it?s not at all you can eat. Even though their Internet page still shows the buffetfor $50 and with crab legs and lobster it?s $70. The waitress told us that we were not the first ones disappointed about it, butthat they had had several very upset customers this past week. If they know people are getting upset then they need to take thatoff of their website and quit advertising it that way. Unfortunately for us we didn?t read the reviews until after we left, butI see now that this is a regular problem. that they apparently won?t correct. I will never go there again. The manager thenproceeded to explain that they cannot afford to do the all you can eat because too many people were wasting too many. Thendon?t advertise it as it is! Then they refunded the $155 back to my card and said it will take about 5 days to process therefund. She gave me no receipt for the refund and kept the receipt from the purchase. She said she had to keep them to processit and could not print me a copy now because she could only have done that when she entered it for processing. She should havedone that. I did take a pic of the receipts she had in her hand. Never again! Read more

I've had great experiences in the past here but since it has been opened it has gone downhill and I don't think I'll be eating... there again. I understand food prices have gone higher because of the pandemic but going from $50 a person to $70 a person ifyou want crab legs or lobster tails and the crab legs or lobster tails no longer being all you can eat is just a completerip-off because the size of the crab legs and the lobster tails are quite small, honestly if you want any seafood the best placeto go locally is The fresh market in Whitehall and buy a crab boil from them depending on the type of crab and how many poundsdepends on the price of course but the quality of crab that you get from The fresh market is really good and I would say worthit for a special occasion!! I don't think I will be eating at quapaw kitchens anymore because of the price markup just makes itnot worth it :( Read more

READ BEFORE GOING - BIG CHANGES We drove one and half hours one way to dine at the Quapaw Kitchens. We had heard of the all... you can eat crab legs and lobster tails and planned our visit carefully, even calling to verify the "all you could eat seafood". We were taken by surprise when we found out the all you can eat option was no longer available and it just so happened to havestarted the very day we were there, the first day of the change. The price is now also $20 dollars higher bringing the cost to$70 per person instead of $50 per person (with seafood). You can still get crab legs and lobster tails but they'll give you aticket when you pay that limits what you can have and it's not much. After seeing the size of the crab legs and lobster tails,it was a quick easy decision to walk away, leaving without spending a penny. Needless to say, we'll never waste our time againon the Quapaw Kitchens, simply put the same money will buy better elsewhere. At the very least, a big change like this shouldhave been phased out over a period of several weeks to let people know in plenty of time. I'll never waste my time and effortagain on Quapaw Kitchens, the whole place just reeks of cigarette smoke, very unappetizing! Read more
