Does the franchise owner know how bad the staff make the entire brand look when the wait gets so long and the apathy of the... staff so obvious? I'm not sure why they can't have touchless pickup inside. I ordered early and still had to wait an hour in acar line for a pizza thats way past done and dried out in their warmer. That just sucked. I just sat like all the cars andwaited and when I got to the window nobody was there for several minutes. See the photo. Update: The line situations are lessbut the apathy and lack of courtesy are still there. Just try and call an order in. They cannot seem to understand marinara issupposed to be thick enough to taste. Update: They just can't stay consistent. Sitting waiting for MIA pizza again. Ugh....theyreally are sloppy and made my "Detroit Style" with an inch of sauce. See photo. Update: Still not hitting on all cylinders.Loved the spicey pepperoni pizza. 3rd week I go back looking forward and they jacked it up with normal pepperoni and marinara.They just can't stay consistent. Update: The definition of apathy ruining a great product. Still inconsistent low cheese and lowsauce creating a tomato flavored doughy cracker. I used WH franchise and was much better but that was one time. Will drive theextra miles for a bit and see how that goes. A customer can tell they aren't wanted if the people are on their phones at work.Yuck...from my phone to your pizza. Thank you. Come again. Update: 4 weeks at WH franchise and everything's always good. Take afew extra minutes drive and go there. You and your family deserve it. Update August 2022: New staff and WOW the difference. WHhad outage and HAD to use this franchise. New management (Cole) assured me they were working at bringing back consistentquality. 4 weeks of no disappointments. What a JOKE!! Phone issues on many occasions and when one does get through MANAGEMENT has serious attitude problems!! We have... made our last purchase with them. We will NEVER buy from Pizza Hut again. We don't do business with companies that don't respectand appreciate our business. Read more
My order was prepared incorrectly two times. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that I was a highly satisfied customer... before I left the restaurant. We have not been to Pizza Hut in years, but we will definitely return. Read more
It was horrible I ordered delivery they didn't have correct change so they had to go get change . In the meantime I'm sure the... pizza and stuff got cold but i wouldn't know bc I received a restricted call stating they couldn't bring our pizza but theywould do us the huge favor of taking the delivery charge off if we would come pick it up. Really?! So after over an hour and ahalf ,a cold pizza, along with numerous other probs....I should have gotten it all free. Never ever again. Read more
Placed online order at 10:30am. Order was finally delivered at 12:30pm and a coworker ordered at the same time and instead of... delivering both orders at the same time she did not get her order until 1pm. Was told that delivery driver had car problems andwas also told that their delivery driver was late coming in. Be honest with your customers about mistakes and not try to coverand give 2 different stories. Need reliable staff. Have had numerous issues with this location. Please be attentive andcourteous. I ordered the Edge Pizza and it was burnt and it did not have ingredients all the way to the edge. There were a couple of slices... on the edge that had absolutely nothing on it but dry sauce, but the pizza was ready in time, but it was awful. We ate a fewslices from the middle because the whole pizza was pretty much burnt. We ended up making cheese dip for dinner. I was sodisappointed. Read more
