My wife and I were traveling, looking for a place to eat dinner. We stopped in here and it was the best food we've had in this... area. Oh, man. We've gotten takeout from Golden Pine for over a year now, but tonight was only our second time dining in. I took the... opportunity to order something that doesn't really work via takeout: the sizzling chicken hot plate. Order the sizzling chickenhot plate. Or scallops, shrimp, tofu, etc. Seriously. Do it. Thank me later. The sauce is amazing. You know the deep flavor youget from searing a steak on cast iron? It's that, plus the rich flavor of a really good beef & broccoli style brown sauce. Mywife loves the wor wonton soup, and my cousin got the seafood pan-fried noodles. All excellent. This is one of my wife'sfavorite places because they also serve Thai iced tea.
