Never been out this way before and got to the point of neeeding some dinner. Happened to come in on wing night, so good!!!... Resonably priced and i dont recall the waitresses name but whoever was working the eve of september 7th, very friendly and ontop of things. If i ever end up this way again I know id go again!! This is a nice place but they need housekeeping staff that don't cut corners and care about cleaning. Pulled back covers and the... top sheet was all dirt at the bottom like someone slept with their shoes on, clearly was not changed. Towels were hanging in thebathroom looked like someone wiped their hands . A friend was in the room across from us and had a empty shampoo bottle on thefloor under their bathroom sink and their TV didn't work. I asked housekeeping to change the sheets which they did but not thepoint. I used my own pillow and blanket after that . There is a chair in the lobby that I don't understand why no one has thrownit out .. who would sit on it ?? Not a good first impression. The keys constantly had to be reset which was a pain because wehad to wait for staff everytime to reset before we could get back into our rooms. The 1 staff member serving the bar and takingorders was also the one checking us in so we waited about 20 min to check in. I feel they did the best they could tho. Thelounge was good. Food was decent except the pizza we ordered was dry and hard. Deep fried pickles were amazing and the young manbartending on the weekend was the best. We were all able to order according to our cravings! Hamburger steak, Chicken Quesedilla, Mushroom Burger, Salad, Poutine! ..... and all delicious! A small thing like a child friendly cup goes a long way for stress free family meal! Update: I forgot mypurse and only realized at 11:30 pm. I phoned and the worker had tucked it safely away! Stayed at Call-Inn's Hotel after attending a wedding. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the hotel overall was beyond... our expectations for a small hotel. Check-out was just as simple, and we enjoyed a simple breakfast and the restaurant in themorning. Staff was friendly. Would recommend if you're in the area and needing accommodations. Read more

Wonderful surprise... great hotel, staff and the comfy beds. Vendor in hotel and the bar is friendly. Stay here!

The bar/ restaurant has decent food. The hotel rooms are modern and clean. My issue was when we were staying there, twice (in... the same reservation) someone entered our room unannounced. One of the staff members let themselves in with their key cardwithout knocking. I am not sure why they did this either time but it was highly disconcerting. The first time we were stillsleeping and our door opened around 7am to a stranger coming in. The next time was the next day around 10am when we were gettingready to leave. The person was apologetic and left immediately but regardless they didn?t knock and it makes me very concernedabout the security. Normally we always use the extra lock on doors at hotel rooms.
