Food was good but the service was awful. There was only one person working at 6pm on a Friday and they were rude. They also... charged us for a meal and then didn't give us the fries and started the next customer's order. $40 for a small wrap, large wrapand 2 drinks is ridiculous. Read more

Poor customer service. No greeting, no hi but she said hi to the other customer. She was banging stuff as if she wasnt happy... were ordering, her facial expression is as if she was making a face,but on the other customer her tone became friendlier. Ofcourse i will be upset too especially if we kept thanking and never did i hear her once say thank you or welcome back. What isher problem? Does she prefer only certain people to order from her if thats the case just put a sign up for those who you wantto accommodate or cater to coz if I had known why would i bother at all and put myself in a position i would be treated like weshould not eat there. Why would i bother why would i break my peace just for a wrap. Come on. 15 people had take out lunch. How are we supposed to eat when there was no spoon and fork. Wasted lunchtime just to buy a... plastic spoon in the grocery. Few people have to eat with their hands. Read more

Very poor customer service. The attendant was on the phone while taking my order. Not attentive. The lettuce was brown. Was not... happy with my experience overall. I have never experienced this at any other prairie donair so it must be this location. Read more
