They have limited days they are open so we finally were able to try the food. The decor is every interesting! Lots of signs &... the ceiling is covered with cereal boxes. We got BBQ Pork Sandwich with Curly Fries, BBQ Brisket Sandwich with Okra & SamplerPlater: Ribs & Half a Chicken with Baked Beans & Broccoli Salad. I personally sampled everything except the pork. It was allgood. I like my Brisket! The BBQ sauces were good. I tried all 5 they had, including their ghost pepper sauce. It had heat,but the flavor was totally lacking. Their ?hot? had tons of flavor and nice warmth. Mild was good. So was their ?mustard?(mustard & apple cider vinegar) bbq? it was sweet. Overall, it was good! Great for brisket and ribs! Their baked beans and slaw are delicious. Fun atmosphere and decor, too!
We were camping nearby at Fall Creek Falls, and my son saw a picture of their wings in an ad in the lobby and really wanted to... change from Camp food:-) it was about 30 minutes away through winding roads, but definitely worth it. Very local. So glad not tobe eating at a chain restaurant. The food is excellent and the service was friendly. Did not disappoint. Read more
WOW!! Returning from Heritage Village, Highway 127 Yard Sale, we stopped at ?Morgan Brothers BBQ? (at the Rock house north of... Pikeville and just before Heritage Village) for a late lunch. Wow, the food was great! Excellent service, Tina made sure weconstantly had their delicious sweet tea. The atmosphere was very comfortable, clean and well organized. Everyone was friendlyand helpful. Very enjoyable experience with excellent food at very reasonable prices. I had the ?Philly Cheesesteak Fries?,which were an excellent combination of two of my favorite foods. The meat was tender and prepared to perfection, with a perfectbalance of meat, peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese. Chris had the ?Wild Game Burger? with fries. He said it wasdelicious. Great BBQ. Tender and flavorful smoke. The pork BBQ potato was my favorite. The ribs and brisket were very tender but could have... had a little more smokey flavor. The beans were slightly sweet with fresh jalapeno bits to add flavor. Will go back again! Read more
Can't make a new review, we revisited morgan brothers bbq just recently. It was even better than last time. The sides were more... delicious. We got pulled chicken nachos(all the way), jalapeno ranch chicken and the brisket sandwich combo. It was all verytasty. We also got pumpkin roll but forgot to take pictures of that, it was good. The jalapeno ranch chicken was our favorite,closely followed by the brisket. The nachos were unfortunately rather boring compared to the other two. The briskets flavor wasgood enough it didn't need sauce, I did end up adding some because it was a bit on the dry side. Their standard bbq sauce isdelicious but I preferred the vinaigrette with brisket since the vinegar helps balance the fattiness of the meat. The mustardsauce was interesting but my least favorite out of the three. The decor is way nicer than last year and I don't think there wasa bar area last year but there is now. Next time I go here I'll take pictures of decor/bar area. Pretty delicious food and theserving size is big. Ordered the bbq fries as a starter. It was great, it had pulled pork, bbq and a creamy white sauce on it.The fries were really nice and crispy too. The bbq chicken sandwich was a bit on the dry side and the pulled pork was a bit drytoo but the fat helped it. The buns were sweet, very tasty and tasted like they were grilled with butter. The bbq sauce waspretty interesting. The sides were pretty standard. Overall a pretty good meal, We'll probably be back. Read more

This is an outstanding barbecue place. If you think you're going to Texas or West Tennessee or North Carolina and get better... barbecue you are going to be disappointed. Take it from a guy that has cooked and solded lot of barbecue. This has to be one ofthe best I have ever eaten. Read more
