I have finally had enough of this restaurant. They consistently get orders wrong. They think that the customers don't know what... they are ordering and substitute items for what they think the customer wants. Items are consistently missing from the order. Prices have gone up and quality and service has gone down. Will no longer be making purchases here Read more
Got my order wrong over phone then wanted to disagree about it. 1 meal was cold. Not very much food and not good.
I hate to run a business down but this one does the speaking for itself. I've given chance after chance for them to redeem... themselves after continuously getting orders wrong and they still find a way to screw it up. I guess the joke is on me for goingback. Tonight crossed the line though when I knew what I ordered having ordered it from other places. When I looked at it andrealized it was the wrong food (suppose to be chow mein...see picture below and tell me that's chow mein) the woman tried toconvince me no that's what it is and how it's suppose to look. I tried to be nice and just ask for my money back in return to gosomewhere else and she refused. Bottom line spend your money elsewhere or lose your money, and deal with stupidity. Read more
