Our first time dining inside in about 2 years, take away has been great. I had full rack of ribs, kids had spaghetti and... meatballs kids specials, wife had baby rack of ribs. Food was delicious, host was accommodating. Our waitress didn't check on usonce, she went to every table except ours, very off-putting. It took the host to get any service, which he was very apologeticabout. I'd give it another try in person 10/2 update: Service is much improved and great food as always! My friend really loved the place, cld be that he only loved because was his idea, my wings were pretty bag but the chicken soup... was okay and overall I think the staff are nice people, wldnt say there hustlers tho. If you want a cheep night out with the famits good, if you want mad good food then nah Read more
Very disappointed. My kid ordered "chicken soup" but it was hot water and soup mix with noodles and a huge takes. His hotdog and... fries were cold upon arrival. We ordered junior combo and wings were stinging and rotten. Their "special steak" were two piecesof lean bland boiled meat that was put on grill to warm up, topped with large translucent pieces of onion. Verydisappointing. In response to owner reply if I spoke to anyone at the store, yes, when the waitress came to our table to askabout the food, I did voiced my concerns and she smiled and walked away. In response to your comment that I'm trying to hurtyour business, I am writing an honest review of your "chicken" soup and your "steak". To add insult to injury, when I change the20% added tip to 18%, your waiteress did not even have the courtesy of saying thank you rather she just grab it and walk theway. Read more
Great food and workers but way over packed and long wait, certainly at prime time. Not at all expensive, even cheaper than some... quick restaurants. Must compliment workers who are overworked but still ???? Read more
Overall, ok. Made a reservation, checked in and still had to wait 20 mins extra minutes. Felt very rushed even on a weeknight to... get our order in (dining in). Waitress didn?t show much energy to help us navigate the menu or suggest items. Appetizers camejust about the same time as main course meals. That?s the not so good. But the three stars is all about the food which wasindeed delicious. We got the 1/2 chicken, and steak sandwich along with a few other items. The service is horrible. The food was odd flavored. Not worth any amount of money. Rude staff who wouldn?t even bring us... water or check on us. They refused to actually look at us. My son had to go get the waitress to pay the bill. Guess we didn?tlook ?Kosher? enough for them. Didn?t tip the waitress and she said as visibly annoyed. Tried to talk to the 2 guys sitting inentrance about the experience but they were too busy on phones to care it seems. A waste of money and my time. Read more

Excellent food and service, asked for a suggestion from our waiter and was happy with ordering something I never would have... thought of. Fantastic London broil, done just right, blooming onion done only the way Dougie's does it. Read more
