went two different nights - drive thru, while on vaca. first night no one would take our order sat at sign for close to 10 mins... finally left. second night line of cars took over an hour to finally get up to mic and then for the 10 min we sat in front ofthe sign they kept telling us theyed be right with us but yet we watched one worker thru the windows just standing therestuffing his face at the front counter so if your actually hungry and want to eat quickly dont go to wendys in pigeon forge. Only reason I don't give this place a 1 star is due to the guys friendliness. He was very upfront about being out of almost... everything on their menu which isn't his fault. But they had like 3 things to choose from. I work for restaurants in town and Iunderstand it is hard to keep up with the amount of volume but it is better to be over prepared then to have to turn awaybusiness because you are out of everything. This was a mostly typical Wendy's experience. The food was what I've come to expect from Wendy's, but the service at this... location was above average. The nice young lady at the register was very friendly and helpful at making sure everyone in ourlarge party got just what they wanted. A few of the tables still had some crumbs etc. from previous guests but it was the lunchrush when we visited. Overall a decent Wendy's experience with a bright spot in the service department. Customer service is important and this Wendy's preformed wonderfully. I'm not a fan of fast food but, when its necessary it's... nice to know you can trust the old family favorite. I just love a sweet, competent staff. This is coming from a very pickyfamily. Read more
This restaurant was like most of the other Wendy?s I?ve been to. The burgers were burgery and the fries were 3/5. They need more... salt but I think this is the constant across all locations. Bathrooms needed a little attention one of the stalls didn?t haveTP. Read more
Incredibly slow. We waited in line for at least 45 minutes to order. Once we ordered, it was another 25 minutes before we got... our food. Once we did get our food, it was cold. I understand that they were busy but the dining room was closed, so they onlyhad to work 3-4 orders at a time. We'll definitely not be going back to this location Read more
I go to this location pretty frequently and it's always a long wait because it's always under staffed. Today the two people in... there were both out of breath and literally running around and the wait was still 30 minutes on a sandwich, fries, and 3 drinks Read more
Stopped in to try the large Peppermint Frosty. It is very good and refreshing. I wanted to be a bit creative for the holidays,... so I ordered a large Chocolate Frosty as well.
