Found this Texas Roadhouse location on Google Maps. I did the online check in and it said there was a 20-30 wait. When we got... there all I had to do was test Here back to them & wait 5 minutes before they texted me to come on in. We were sitting at atable and ordering less than 10 minutes from arriving. All the staff were friendly and the food was good. My Ribeye had just alittle too much seasoning for me, but a little ketchup took care of that. The salad was very good along with the rolls. I would rate this a -538 but since I can’t I will just give it a one star. My dad and brother ate here and within 24 hours... they were throwing up. My dad sent his steak back and then they came back with a steak that again wasn’t cooked all the wayagain with this gray liquid on the plate. We asked the server what this was and she said umm I actually don’t know what thisis, might be from the charcoal or grill. We left and that night my dad was terrible with diarrhea, gas, vomiting, and burpingthat smelt like rotten eggs. Then the next morning my brother was vomiting, gas, and burping and there breaths smelt like rotteneggs. Me and my mom know that it was a million percent the steak cause they were the only two who ate steak. Those of you thatwill go to the Texas Roadhouse in pigeon forge, enter at your own risk and the possibility of food poisoning like my dad andbrother.shame on you people. We went in and gave them our phone number so they could text us when our table was ready which was supposed to be in about 30... minutes. Well almost an hour later we go in and ask them and they said they texted 30 minutes ago but somehow we didn’treceive it just like a couple others didn’t either. They do not come out and let you know even though they tell you to waitoutside they need to have someway of letting people know especially when their text do not always go through. Other than thatdown fall, the food was really good. I had a strawberry margarita which was so smooth and perfect on the rocks with a sugaryrim. I got the 12oz Ribeye which was so flavorful and juicy. Along with a loaded baked potato and macaroni which matched itperfectly. My boyfriend had the prime rib which was also super juicy just not as flavorful, it was still really good i just feelit needed more seasoning to it. He had mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies (broccoli and carrots) as his sides which were bothpretty good as well. Overall food wise I recommend this place just be sure to check in occasionally to make sure they haven’ttexted and you didn’t get it. Read more
