Great tasting food as usual, but their coffee was out of stock. Not that someone goes to Taco Bell to get coffee (I usually... just drink the fire sauce for a little extra kick... highly recommended). But this is the 2nd Taco Bell we have been to on ourtrip that did not have coffee, so that made our coffee-drinkers sad. Read more
Absolutely would never recommend this taco bell to anyone. Ordered delivery through door dash, paid for expedited delivery,... waited 35 minutes and then find out that this location decided to cancel the order. Would not recommend to anyone. Read more
1115 at night . Open for another 45mins and they shut off all the exterior lights to look closed. Go the the drive through to be... informed they have no meat and are only serving vegetarian options right now. One of the biggest weekends in pigeon forge #gsmjiand taco bell is missing out because no one wants to do prep work . I come here at least twice a week. The food is good and fresh about 30% of the time. I will tell you what happens the other 70%... of the time. I always get the same order, 2 soft taco supremes, so not complicated at all. Many times I cannot even finish saidtacos because they are so gross. The meat has not been drained, and it makes the taco very soggy and drippy with meat juice.Today I encountered something new - broken taco shells. This was the worst drive thru experience ever. First thing I saw was the screen was not working. It was a black screen, and some... of the menu boards were nonexistent, so we thought they may have been closed even though the time said 12 online. After werepeatedly said hello and were ready to leave, they finally responded. We gave our whole order thinking the employee waslistening only to realize they didn?t even hear any of it. We had to repeat the order another 2 times before they finally gotit. Even though the drive thru experience was horrible, the employee seemed to be nice. Although, they ran out of the beans wewanted half way through making the order. The food was not bad, but the beans were all cold. Overall, it wasn?t a goodexperience. Read more
If you want a good taco bell to go to, this is the one! They get your order right and they prep the food perfectly! The chicken... casdadilla was the best amount of cheese and chicken I have ever had for fast food. The staff was sweet and very forgiving thatthey were out of a few items. I believe they were wiped out over the busy weekend crowds. Read more
This Taco Bell is awesome! They excel over the rest because of their attitudes and attention to detail! I'm very happy with the... service they give. They are very nice. I just love Livy, Chris, Sara, Jennifer and Brian!! They really know how to take care oftheir customers. I probably eat here a little too much... Lol! You won't be disappointed.
