A huge shout out to the night manager working on Friday night November 4th. We placed a very large take out order for a group of... about 30. We picked up the order at the scheduled time. Everything was ready as promised. When we got to our destination, about35 minutes from the store, we realized a few items were missing. Quote from my wife: "Honey is throwing away his food. This is a first!" I used to love Taco Bell but this one was the final... straw for us. Chalupa was COLD and soft - oily as well. Not sure if it was microwaved? Beef Burito had no beef only beans. Weasked for a lot of mild sauces and got 4. Specifically asked for recipt and didn't get one. I wanted to go inside for all of theabove reasons but it was drive through only. I guess they decided they didn't want to deal with people on an early Tuesdaynight. We have ordered 5 supreme crunch wrap and 5 Tacos..and they demanded price for combos on take away that lady gave us only 4... warped.. we asked her about our order completed ?? And she replied ?yes? while came to our motel we found only 4 wraps.. Read more
Burritos were good, but we got a lot of attitude when asking for extra fire sauce. 4 packs of sauce is not enough for 3 burritos... and it shouldn't be a fight to get more. And I still only got 2 more packs. Please do better Read more

I ordered via DoorDash app. When I arrived to pick up my order at 3:30 PM, I tried to enter the dining room, but the door was... locked with a sign saying drive-through only. So I walked over to the empty window and was told I had to go to the next window.At that window I informed the lady that I had a DoorDash order to pick up and she promptly told me to get in my vehicle and comeback around drive-through. I did that and pulled back up to her window at which time she refused to give me my order because Idid not stop at the speaker microphone and tell her I was there to pick up my order. So after I requested the corporate orregional manager?s telephone number she exclaimed she did not have it and walked away. Quickly a manager came up to the windowand politely told me to pull forward to pick up my order. The food was good, but the girls rude attitude ruined the meal.
