I had a very bad experience at this location. I purchased a coffee and a pumpkin spice latte from drive through. I asked the... barista to give me sugar and milk for my coffee and she lied that it?s already in my drink. I opened the lid and checked andrealized that she lied. So i asked her to give me milk and sugar on the side and she says it?s company policy to remake thecoffee. I didn?t quiet understand what she had to remake!! I asked her to just give me sugar and milk on the side and she rudelygave me two sugar. I asked to give me cream at-least, and she again said it?s she had to remake the drink. Finally afterrequesting one more time she went back and fetched me some milk. Meanwhile, she was commenting/complaining about me to hercolleagues. I felt very bad. Overall, i never had such a bad experience or would never expect such a behavior at Starbucks. Iwill not recommend this location. Read more
Barista taking my order failed to listen to me while I was giving her my order and put order in wrong. Wasted $7 on it
Just one gal working, took 10 minutes to teach the front of them line. This I'm fine with. She's fulfilling each other as they... are placed. Also fine. When I reach the front of the line, I kindly ask if I can I can place my order in behind the folks aheadof me so she'll already know what I want and I can just pick it up after I pass through the store. I come back not long afterand the woman behind me was picking up hers, but mine was nowhere to be found. Stand around another while and the next customerbegins to get there's and I finally all where mine is. The barista says well you weren't here and I didn't want yours to melt.Missing the entire point of my request. If I wanted to watch them work, I wouldn't have left. Read more
