No stall use, unless you have an app order. Drive thru only. We elected to use the app & our order came out wrong. There were 2... of us, 4 drinks came out. The server/manager didn't seem terribly interested in fixing the mix up, so we were set on drinks fora couple hours. Basic fast food, average quality. Nothing really sets this location apart. Drive thru was bad and really slow. We waiting for a very long time in front of the ordering screen before anyone came to get... our order. We wanted to get veggie burgers since it said sonic had them on the menu online, only to find out they didn?t haveany. We didn?t want to leave empty handed since we had already waited so long, so we ordered mozzarella sticks and curly fries.They had no curly fries either and so we saw no point in waiting any longer and left since they didn?t seem to have anything wewanted to eat. They had no other veggie options and the employee didn?t even try to offer us any alternatives even though we hadsaid we were vegetarian. This was a horrible experience. Read more
Not a good location to get in and out of. Food was typical Sonic. Fries in this case were cold, and they were overwhelmed by... the fact that it was half price cheeseburger night. Probably not enough help. Drive through only available. My main gripe isnot so much with this location-i?ve had cold fries before, but with their ridiculous app that they force you to use even thoughit is so user unfriendly. In this case, there was evidently a cheeseburger left over from a previous visit that it took me 5minutes to figure out how to get rid of. If they?re going to force use of an app, they should make it a user friendly one.. Read more
We pulled into a parking spot to order and hit the red button as instructed. We waited 20 minutes with absolutely no response.... People around us seemed to be having the same issue. As we left, we noticed the person that had pulled in right in front of uswas JUST ordering. I can have all of the patience in the world, but this is unacceptable. Read more
Waited 20 minutes in a bay until someone told us it was drive thru only. Then tried to order thru the app and it charged our... card but showed nothing selected on our order. Had to wait another 20 minutes to get to the drive thru speaker/window. Once wegot there they took our order and were super nice about it. However multiple corn dogs were burnt and the chicken sandwich wasincorrect. One of the shakes also had some slimy brown mass in it that could possibly be worms (picture posted). Tried the new grilled cheese cheeseburger and I have to say it wasn?t half bad; for a fast foot burger. It?s a double... cheeseburger with thick Texas toast style bread instead of the traditional bun. Overall not bad. The best part of going to sonicare the pretzels and cheese. They complete with restaurants all day long on flavor. They?re soft and the cheese dip is slightlytangy from the mustard that?s in it. This location is a nightmare to order from. The drive thru lines block in the customerssitting at the stalls, so be forewarned. Read more
Whoa!!!! Here's another good one!!!!!! Wanted to wash my hands and use the restroom before eating. Couldn't get anyone to come... to the door right away, because the restroom door is locked? When I do, they tell me the restrooms are Out of Order??? So I'vespent $40 in food, but I can't wash my hands nor use the restroom??? ???? Then my Son's Jumbo Popcorn chicken is tiny andfloating in Buffalo sauce, our fries and tots are only 3/4 full and our drinks are about 80% ice. Not a good look or experience@ Sonic Pigeon Forge....
