Was so excited to go here as all of the PH in our area have been closed. Ordered the deep dish pepperoni and breadstix.... Breadstix were exactly as we remembered. The crust on the pizza was nothing like we remembered. Still good, but missing theold school buttery crust. No table service. Order at counter and pick up at window. No fountain soda. Only bottles. Absolutely awful. Paper thin and extremely hard breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. Pizza was undercooked with raw meat on top.$40... for this. Never order from this place. Read more
We waited in line for 35 min in a.long line and by the time it was our turn to order the lady said oh we are closed to new... orders due to closing in 30min. But if we wanted to wait another hr whatever was left over we could have. They need a sign onthe door to say call in orders only. Or every 10 min or so make announcement about call in only very upset and a waist of time.I know pandemic has made wait times crazy but customer service should not be thrown out the window Read more
Visited the Pigeon Forge, TN location on 7/12/2022. This was by far the worst pizza and Pizza Hut service experience I have ever... had. Pizza crust was not fully cooked, tasted very doughy, and was super thin. There was grease literally dripping off the topof the pizza. There was no wait service at the restaurant even though it was an eat in restaurant. No wait staff, had to getyour own plate and plastic utensils, and drinks only available from a bottle. Even tried to charge for red pepper flakes to puton the pizza. Usually am a big Hut fan?.but not at this Pigeon Forge location I am sorry to say. Read more
If it were possible to leave 0 stars, that would be what I would leave. I ordered online and the wait time said it would be 45... min. We had a unique food request for someone in our family and was unable to notate this in the app (the ONLY thing that wasn?tthis restaurants fault), tried to call within seconds to advise them of the request, and was rudely answered and told I wouldneed to wait and was put on hold. Waited on hold for 36 mins before I got to the restaurant. I walked in to find one employeebehind the counter with a line of people 15 deep. After chaotically trying to find where to pick up takeout orders, I was ableto ask the lady behind the counter what the status of my order was. She went back to the kitchen and came back out advising meit was in the oven and would be done within 15 mins at the most. After sitting there waiting for 20 mins, watching countlessother customers hearing the same thing, looking at the kitchen to see pizzas and other food stacked on top of each other (seepic below) the line finally died down and was able to ask the lady again what the status was on my order. She again went back tothe kitchen and came out a couple of minutes later and told me that someone must have misplaced my ticket and it was being maderight now. I asked and clarified that the order hadn?t even been started and she said yes. I immediately told her to cancel theorder because she lied to me. And then walked out. Oh- and all this time my wife was waiting outside at the car with our 3 veryhangry young kids, 5, 4, and 10 months old. This is the worst pizza hut or pizza place I have ever been to. The employee working the counter was rude. Every other pizza... place I have ever been to brought the pizza to you, at this pizza hut, they set the pizza on the counter and said "here you go."As you can see from my photo my pizza was dripping grease, I was able to wring out my pizza and have a consistent flow ofgrease. Service was terrible, we were the only people in the restaurant and they called the wrong number. Also if you wantedparmesan cheese you have to pay a dollar because they're in "disposable containers." And when you do get your pizza you do notget a spatula. Almost everything outpizzas this hut. worst experience ever. I ordered two pizza and both are tasteless and put all ingredients at one direction you can see in the... picture. This is not what I expect from you guys. Seriously very bad. Read more
Well to start off with I would give it zero if I could but I can?t so they?re stuck with a higher rating than what I wanted to... give them Wednesday got a stuffed crust and some wings told them dine in when she asked me dine in or to go Paid I was kind ofupset that they weren?t using the fountains for the fountain drink I had to pay for a 20 ounce bottle that was three dollarsthen my pizzas ready they put it in a box so I was like OK whatever then I asked him for Parmesan cheese and red pepper for thepizza and he says we charge for those That?s the most absurd thing I?ve ever heard the only pizza shop I?ve been into that wantsto charge you for cheese and red pepper don?t waste your time going here And not to mention employees look like they were hiredright off the prison bus Read more
