Was so excited to go here as all of the PH in our area have been closed. Ordered the deep dish pepperoni and breadstix.... Breadstix were exactly as we remembered. The crust on the pizza was nothing like we remembered. Still good, but missing theold school buttery crust. No table service. Order at counter and pick up at window. No fountain soda. Only bottles. We waited in line for 35 min in a.long line and by the time it was our turn to order the lady said oh we are closed to new... orders due to closing in 30min. But if we wanted to wait another hr whatever was left over we could have. They need a sign onthe door to say call in orders only. Visited the Pigeon Forge, TN location on 7/12/2022. This was by far the worst pizza and Pizza Hut service experience I have ever... had. Pizza crust was not fully cooked, tasted very doughy, and was super thin. There was grease literally dripping off the topof the pizza. There was no wait service at the restaurant even though it was an eat in restaurant. No wait staff, had to getyour own plate and plastic utensils, and drinks only available from a bottle.
