I really loved the inside and outside atmosphere of this restaurant. On the inside, the plane is awesome, and to add to that,... the lights will flicker while thunderstorm sounds are played from time to time. The outside is nicely set up and spacious. Ifit's cold, they have heaters and a fireplace table. The music does get overwhelmingly loud during the Margaritaville song, andthe staff can't turn it down. The dessert we got was good, but the cake was dry where the hot fudge was not. We didn't eat amain course as we were just meeting for dessert and drinks. The bar tender was unfortunately very rude and didn't seem to carefor our business. It was not busy, and she only had a few patrons at the time. But I did grab a waiter, and he was incrediblynice. Just what you would expect! Beach themed everything, from the bars to the menu and all the decor. Food was excellent, portions... were generous, and the wait staff was friendly. The huge blender in the lobby was a real attention getter, as was the planehanging from the ceiling. And a couple times an hour comes a "shakin" version of Margaritaville! We walked right in and wereseated immediately at 5:00, but there was a wait by the time we left. Read more

The food was excellent along with the drinks. The service was a 7 out of 10. We were seated at a table outside (inside dining... was full) which was perfectly fine. The outside area is nice, but the lack of music or any type of entertainment outside made itquite boring. Not exactly the experience we had imagined at Margaritaville. The margaritas are great witn a big club sandwich.I would recommend the food and drinks. Hopefully we just caught Margaritaville at a boring time of day or something. Read more

Today was our first time eating here while visiting Pigeon Forge. I haven't visited P.F. since 20 years ago. I'm a lover of... anything tropical themed, yacht rock music and the song Margaritaville by Jimmy Buffett. I got to see the huge blender as itfilled up. People were in awe of it. What a wonderful place! The people sitting next to us said that the salmon was the best they ever tasted! There were music... videos on the TV screens all over the place, but not too too loud because you could still talk over it. We were upstairs, andthere is an elevator for people who have trouble climbing stickers. We met a wonderful couple that were going to have dinnerwith later and all around is just a wonderful place!! We had a 45 minutes wait, I had the seafood combo. The fish was dry, but the coconut shrimp was sweet and the very lightly... breaded shrimp was good, but some was not cleaned all the way. Our server Cassandra was nice. Food wasn't cheap so I kindaexpected a better food experience. Read more

We visited the Restaurant for a drink before dinner on my birthday to enjoy the Island vibe feel and music in the restaurant. ... Our bartender was super friendly and helpful. I didn?t see anything on the menu I really wanted so he served us a cool drinkthat he knew about. Now that?s a good bartender! I think they should add it to the menu and give him a raise. One of the better meals I've enjoyed at this establishment. The service was on par this time compared to past visits! I had the... Fish and chips which was good and thankfully no longer accompanied by their awful slaw they used to have!
