The two guys working did not seem like they wanted to be there and when I told them I wanted a ?create your own shake? the guy... just blended the two ice cream flavors together, did not ask me if I wanted any toppings. He also over flowed it then said ?Ican?t put any toppings on it?. In that case I would assume he would offer to remake it instead he looked at me like i was dumb.Aside from terrible service the ice cream was good but not worth the $18 for two terribly made shakes. We went here for our post anniversary dinner dessert. Many flavors, quality excellent, employees had great humor, the... milkshakes were delish!! The exterior of the store, tables, walkways could really use a huge cleaning. It was hard to find atable outside that was not disgusting. ???? Read more

Don't go here! I had an awful experience. The ice cream I ordered was cotton candy carnival but tastes more like cotton than... cotton candy! They served our scoops with liquid running down the side of the cup. They were out of everything we asked for.Then they suddenly said they had waffle bowls. Their card machine wouldn't work. Ice cream was ok but tasted a bit old and was full of ice chunks. All inside seats are roped off, so you can?t sit down, and... there was no seating in the shade outside. Not the greatest place to take little ones for ice cream on a hot day unless you planto have them eat in the car. Read more

I was going to rate this as a 1 star, but the cookie my cousin ate was "fire", and so a star was added. However, the issues they... had when we stopped in made this location look abysmal. The Air Conditioning was out, which would have been fine, but the icecream was melted and "soupy". The staff offered to mix extra toppings in to counteract the "soupiness" but didn't really haveany other suggestions on how to fix the issue. We instead chose to order cookies and some cookie cake. The staff informed usthat they didn't have the proper boxes for cookie cake. We had to instruct them to get one of the larger cookie bags and put thecake in it. I have nothing against the workers trying their best. But when a manager is leaning up against the door to thestorage room watching as their teammates are struggling, it leads me to believe there are some major issues with thelocation. I went in to get ice cream, and two young kids were behind the glass making ice cream; they had their ice cream smeared all over... the marble slab, touching all the toppings. Making a mess. I don't know if their hands were clean....??????? The young guyworking there barely had a space to put my ice cream; he couldn't spread it out like they usually do so that it stays good andcold while mixing the toppings. I'm not sure if they were the employee's kids, but it was unprofessional and gross. I ended upjust throwing it in the trash. I will not be back. Read more
