Air conditioning was out, making the ice cream less than ideal. When trying to get cookies as a back-up plan, they were either... out of the cookie or didn?t have the right packaging (slices of cookie cake were ill-fitted for the bags they put them in). I was highly disappointed with the cake I was given from the scraped off icing from misspelling the name, not adding key... elements to make it a football field, not using the colors I asked for and sloppy writing. If I didn't have my son's party and abunch of kids expecting a cake I would not have paid for this mess. It was very upsetting and I expected better for the amountof money that I paid. The cake decorater calling in was not good enough. Every employee should be trained in decorating thecakes. I did not get what I paid for. Read more

5 Star in service though. Due to circumstance beyond the owner?s control the order was not done on my daughter?s birthday. She... went completely out of her way to make it right today.
