Air conditioning was out, making the ice cream less than ideal. When trying to get cookies as a back-up plan, they were either... out of the cookie or didn?t have the right packaging (slices of cookie cake were ill-fitted for the bags they put them in). I was highly disappointed with the cake I was given from the scraped off icing from misspelling the name, not adding key... elements to make it a football field, not using the colors I asked for and sloppy writing. If I didn't have my son's party and abunch of kids expecting a cake I would not have paid for this mess. It was very upsetting and I expected better for the amountof money that I paid.
