I love Marble Slab, but my experience at this store was unpleasant compared to other locations. The icecream was good, but the... employees had attitudes. The ice cream is good not great. The service sucks. The two girls who were working today 8/12/22 around 2pm were super passively... rude. After waiting at the counter wondering if they were open two employees came out eating ice cream with withering looks.They made us feel like we were invading their private place. Never said hello, just stared at us and then after a painfully longtime asked us what we wanted. $15 for two small ice creams from two ladies who acted like we should be honored by theirpresence, not great. We always make a stop here when In the area, last month we wanted a late treat , we were told they close at 10 got there B4 10... and they had already close. Went yesterday around 8pm , the line was out the door and only one person at the front while otherfemale employees where walking around & doing who knows what. It took 10 minutes for a total of 4 employees to be up front . Iknow businesses are short handed but when you have a line outside the door EVERYONE should be on Floor and show some kind ofmotivation to assist customer in a timely manner. The store was also not clean , & the staff was not Friendly at all. This placeneeds management & friendly staff that are ready to serve. Ice-cream was ok. Got Caramel and it tasted like peanuts. The coffee milkshake is really good here. A couple of the staff were... very friendly and attentive, but the others not so much. Read more
The ice cream tasted really good and the employees were nice but this is still an over priced tourist trap in a sea of many.... Beware!!! They cut the slab off 30 minutes prior to closing due to store policy. So if you request any mix ins you'll just endup with a bowl of melted soup. If you like handmade ice cream I'd recommend this place but there are still plenty to choose frombut this is still one of the few that stays open late. Given that the whole area is a tourist trap, the only way of findinglower prices is buying a pint of ice cream from a grocery store. I know the other factors I mentioned can't be helped but I'mgiving them one star over the corporate slab policy of shutting it off before closing. Read more
The ice cream flavors were really great. They had quite a bit of variety. I think they were out of Oreos or one ingredient but... that?s not really a big deal. The staff is super friendly. If they?re short staffed please be patient they are trying theirbest. Read more
I went here to get an extradinary ice cream with cake like the pictures showed only to find out they don't do those elegant ice... cream designs anymore...I got an oreo shake which tasted very good... My family also enjoyed the shakes. (A Strawberry andCookie monster special).. I rated 3 stars because I had to substitute for what I really wanted and You should really take theold pics off of the other icecream that's not sold anymore if they were uploaded by Marble Read more
You can't eat in here and they only take cards or exact cash. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable! This was my... first experience with this franchise, but my daughter has been to others and said it was slightly different in how they made it.It was $15 for 2 small cups. Read more
