The manager was fine. Girl at the window had an attitude because she was having a bad day and decided it was okay to glare at... customers asking for a refund. It's not okay to glare and give dirty looks because a customer doesn't want to wait two hours foran order that was already placed an hour prior. Fix your employees attitudes. It was not justified on her part for how sheacted. Slamming the drive thru window, rolling her eyes, and glaring at someone leaving. Disrespectful and rude. Read more

I am in town on vacation. Let me state that I am a GM for little caesars at another location I am quite appauled by the... attitude of the manager at this location. It does not take 15 mins for a tray of crazy bread in fact it takes 8 minutes exactthat includes sheet out, cut, cook, dress it and bag. Crazy bread is suppose to be hot and ready. So i waited 30 mins in line atthe drive through to be told they have no crazy bread ready and it would be and additional 15 mins. Pull in to order stuffed crust regular pepperoni and crazy break. Guy at the window says it will be 20 min on the stuffed crust... I say that?s fine. 20 min later I get my pizza just to realize I payed extra for stuffed crust just to receive two $5 pizzas!!Thanks a lot! Read more
