The manager was fine. Girl at the window had an attitude because she was having a bad day and decided it was okay to glare at... customers asking for a refund. It's not okay to glare and give dirty looks because a customer doesn't want to wait two hours foran order that was already placed an hour prior. Fix your employees attitudes.
