I love Krystal's but it has changed a lot since I first started going. I understand due to inflation their prices have to go up... but for 2 people I spent $44. They use to have the Chix on their pick 5 and it is no longer part of it. Aside from pricing, itis always delicious. They were out of chicken, had to go with burgers, which are not the best imo. The fries are great though. The lady who took our... order was quite short with us, really rude. The food is the same as most other Krystal restaurants, it was fine and fresh. But the employees make it the awesome place it... is!!! I so enjoy the small talk and friendly service I always get when I go inside to order, and with fast fresh food, and greatservice with a relatable human being, why wouldn't I be coming here at least once a week after work as a treat for me?! This so far has been the only restaurant that charges more if you use a debit card instead of cash!!!! What's up with that????... Are they trying to keep some money under the table????????? And when I got my food it was cold like it had been sitting for awhile, being a Krystal consumer for a very long time I was truly disappointed in this whole trip. I would definitely advisestaying away from this certain restaurant in Sevierville Tennessee,I will never go back as long as they have an upcharge forusing a debit card,I mean not many people carry cash around anymore. I ordered from this location using Door Dash 45 minutes before they stopped accepting orders. The estimated delivery time was... 89-99 minutes. The second dasher to take on my order waited for nearly half an hour at the location for my order. Then, my orderwas suddenly cancelled after I had waited 90 minutes for it. Now the store is closed. I would hope that it is very simple toalter the cut-off times for deliveries if delivery times are longer than usual. I am unsure if their food is any good. However,their online delivery system is flawed. Read more
If I could give it no stars I would. Me and my best friend both are pregnant came to grab a 24 pack and every single one of... them are under cooked and still very very pink. They was more worried about playing on their phones and getting mad because wecame back around 3 different times. The second time they replaced them yet still pink and cold didn?t have any heat at all.Didn?t even bother to ask if they could replace it again or even a refund. 50 dollars down the drain. The picture doesn't evendo any justice to show how pink they are. Another thing is they are open when it states they are temporarily closed, they stoodthere and laughed at us and even made smart remarks refusing to do anything for us. It took under 5 minutes for them to cook all25. I don?t recommend them to anybody unless you would like to get food poisoning. Read more
The food is always amazing! It is just not possible to have any fries left after smelling the food on the way back to the hotel!... The combo 1 with 4 burgers without cheese, fries, and drink is usually about $9. Read more
