I made a visit to your Tanger location on Saturday evening to get cupcakes for my girlfriends birthday. I parked directly in... front of the store and upon exiting place the bag flat on the floor. Do to the fact the girl put two cupcakes in a 4 cupcake boxand they are too heavy. Both cupcakes tipped over and all the icing was in the extra holes. Then into the restaurant, opened thebox to find this. (Photo below) My other friend purchased two cupcakes as well. Her boxed looked the same way. I visit PFabout 4-6 times a year. On each occasion I visit GiGi as we love the cupcakes. Before leaving PF this morning, I stop by thestore to show the manager or staff as we were unable to salvage the cupcakes. Per Google and your website both says your storesopen at 10, which was not the case! The door says 11! Time wasted! I called the store 3 different times no answer. I emailed 3times no reply. These are amazing cupcakes!! My Mom and I picked up 4 as a special treat. We got Strawberry shortcake, Red Velvet, Carrot Cake... and Lemon crumble. Each cupcake is Big! The cake is nice, dense and moist. The frosting is generous and beautifullydone. After a somewhat disastrous dinner, coming back to our cabin for dessert was a real highlight! I mentioned I'm not from Tennessee when I bought em. I asked to please make sure they'd be secure for travel back to indy... tomorrow. 6:55pm Sunday. I barley browsed another store before putting the bag on the floor board of my car and checking onthese $5 cakes. Smh. Great. Not so much a gift to take back home anymore ???? Every time there's a cupcake bakery I always have to check it out. Saw this place while visiting the outlets. The customer... service here was superb. The girl behind the counter was so friendly and patient and offered advice on which flavors tochoose. Was delighted to see that they had a wide range of macaroons as well as cupcakes. I love cupcakes but I LOOOOOOVEmacaroons. I purchased about 5 flavors and threw in a lemon flavored one at the last minute. I'm so glad I did! The lemonmacaroon was the perfect blend of sweet and tangy with a crisp airy cookie on the outside. I wanted to savor every single biteof it. If I find myself in this area again, Gigi's cupcakes will be a must stop and I'm buying a dozen lemon macaroons. Sadly,I didn't get to eat my peanut butter chocolate cupcake but my partner got a strawberry cupcake which he loved. It had pieces ofstrawberry baked into the batter which was a nice surprise. We were waiting for dinner at the restaurant next door, and just happened in on a whim. O.M.G! This place is AMAZING!! The young... lady working (by herself) was super nice and answered all of our questions. EVERYTHING looked SO GOOD!! We tried four and couldNOT believe how incredibly delicious these cupcakes were!!!! They LOOKED AMAZING and tasted every bit as good as they look!! Wetried the cookies and cream (kinda if sweet/rich for me, but still REALLY GOOD!), cookie dough, red velvet and wedding cake (ourfavorite - SOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS!!!) HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
