Stood in the "restaurant" for an hour after ordering a single pizza and nothing even went into the oven. There was 1, sometimes... 3 guys, prepping dough the whole time. Took an extra 30 minutes to get money back on my card because the wrong lady left for hersmoke break or something. The smoke break sign was bigger than their menu, and I'm pretty sure it's not cigarettes or weed. Ifyou have time to kill and aren't hungry, Geno's is the place for you. 1 star because I couldn't put 0 and I took a 2 literlemonade for my troubles. Read more
Pizza was very dry and barely had any sauce especially under the cheese (felt like it was just bread and cheese)paid 44 for an... extra large and bread sticks that were okay and it was just meh. Extremely upset. Read more
Called 40 minutes before they closed and they wouldn?t even take my order for cheese sticks. How long could it possibly take to... make cheese sticks. Why say your open until midnight if your not going to take people orders. Never ordering there again. If Icould I would of gave them 0 stars. This place has the best pizza, location is good, parking is plenty, yes it may have taken 35 minutes to make our two pizzas but... totally worth it, they were busy so we didn't mind. The people working never looked as though they were just playing around itlooked as though they were taking pride in the work and even the delivery driver came in got something to drink looked at thetickets and took another order. This place was amazing! We were there when they opened the day we were in pigeon forge. Such a great little place, and the pizza... was delicious! I don't usually eat the crust, but this was totally fine for me! I ate three pieces! I WILL go back next time I'min pigeon forge!????? Read more
Amazing pizza! Best I have had in a long time. The staff was very polite and helpful on the phone, informing me of a deal that... would save money. The staff inside when we picked up the pizza was just as nice polite and nice. We will definitely get again! Read more
Pleasantly pleased! The dough they use is the absolute best I've ever tasted of anywhere I've been to, it has a salty taste to... it, but not overly salted. I ordered a calzone with mushrooms, green peppers, and pepperoni. It was incredible and cookedperfectly golden! The lady that took my order was named TRACEY and she was super sweet. She made me feel like we were oldfriends catching up, not just like some stranger that walked in. GREAT personalities in a storefront make a HUGEdifference. Ok, first off, I'm Italian and from NY. Everyone knows that NY has the best pizza! Geno's is really good! I'll admit that I was... hesitant after reading the reviews and I chose this restaurant only because I had a really good coupon. I am so glad we orderedfrom here! The pizza is really, really good! We all enjoyed it! And, we'll order again, even without the coupon because it isjust that good! The pizza is loaded with cheese, the bacon is real bacon, and the sauce is full of flavor.
