Was soooo good! The meat they bring around was all so good! Very friendly staff, clean! The little buffet spot was really good... as well. I loved the grilled pineapple they brought around, was a nice added touch. They also bring side dishes to the tablelike masher potatoes, fried polenta, caramelized bananas, all included and as much as you want. Highly recommend for a datenight! Read more

From the time I scheduled the... online reservation, phone call to confirm they had additional specific menu items in availability, and upon arrival, ourexperience just kept getting better and better! The staff answered each and every question we had and continued to entertain ourinquiries throughout the meal. I felt EXTREME Gratitude for their Hospitality and consistent efforts to please their Patrons!As far as 5 star Dining goes, I MUST give them a 10 out of 10! My first experience eating in a place like this and the food blew me away. Meat sweats!! But in a great way. The amount of food... and nonstop flavor carousel is worth it. The restaurant is beautifully put together with an awesome salad bar with great pastasalads and other delicacies. Environment makes you feel like you should be semi formal but it's not required. My husband and I traveled over 8 hours to visit Pigeon Forge and stumbled upon Gaucho Urbano! We loved the variety of meats and... you get a lot of tasty food for a great price. We didn?t even get to dig into the included sides much since there was so muchfood to try! We liked that we were able to flip a card to let the servers know that we were taking a break from receiving thefood and take our time eating.
