I generally love Firehouse and my experience at this location 4 years ago was why I returned. This visit fell short of... perfection in a couple ways. For some reason they had closed a section of tables and we were forced to sit in front of the frontdoor which was cold due to the weather and people constantly coming in. Both of the subs we ordered were very messy. Saucedripping out and running down our hands as we tried to eat. Overall...it just wasn't a great experience this time. Read more

We came in right at the end of the day as they were getting ready to close up. We didn't realize it was closing time, but they... were super accommodating. The food tastes great and they were really helpful when it came to my son's dairy allergy. Read more

I'm a huge Firehouse fan. I absolutely adore the Italian fully involved with banana peppers. Today I visited the Firehouse subs... in pigeon forge Tennessee. I don't know if it's the job market or what's happening recently with some eateries but there werecertain things that I noticed here that I haven't seen at any Firehouse subs in the last bit. For one thing the floor was notcleaned well and definitely needed a good mopping. Tables were cleaned when people left, but it seemed that they wereshorthanded and some things were not being cleaned properly. When I received my Italian sub, one end of the bun was narrowerthan the other end. I looked at my friends Italian sub and it was also narrower at one end. Also we both noticed that it did notseem to be stacked properly and stay on the bread as easily as normal. This was strange and just put me off a little bit but theflavor was still there and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm dropping my normal five-star review because of this down to four but itwas still a great place to eat! I recommend if you're going by a Firehouse subs to stop in and eat the Italian sub and maybe trysome other subs they have that you might like better! Read more
Visited the Pigeon Forge location of Firehouse Subs this afternoon (10 May, 2021) and their business was pretty much steady... during the time of our visit. While they do have a limited number of four (4) seat tables available for seating/dining inside(total of six (6) available inside), they all stayed pretty much occupied, as well as a couple of the outdoor tables, while wewere there. AND I'll applaud the staff because when diners at a table would vacate, someone was promptly there to clean anddisinfect the table before it was used again. Kudos Firehouse Subs! Got my usual fav, the Italian Sub 'fully involved', andtoday added the 5 Cheese Mac 'n Cheese as a side. The Italian Sub was it's usual wonderfully flavorful self. I've eaten atseveral locations of Firehouse Subs in multiple States and most of them produce a wonderful product, the Pigeon Forge locationis among them. The 5 Cheese Mac 'n Cheese is good, but for the price I expect better. While it's not horrible, I've had a lot ofMac 'n Cheese that was much better. Can't wait for things to return to a more normal as far as indoor dining goes so that thisfranchisee can take advantage of the extra indoor seating they have available, including the 'Bunkhouse' which was closed offtoday. Wouldn't hesitate to return to this Firehouse Subs location to eat, and very well may do so while I'm visiting the area. Read more
The atmosphere is cool and provides for a unique dining experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beyond that it's not... dissimilar from any other sub shops albeit perhaps on the more expensive side. However some of the proceeds go to a good causeso it's understandable. Read more
