Ordered ahead via the app, arrived at the drive through, and was told to go ahead and pull around to the window. Fast forward to... 30 minutes of waiting, then finding out they didn't see our order in the system, and they'd make it quickly. Order desk friendly, kitchen not so much. They forgot an item on our order and it became OUR fault. Took excessively too long to... then prepare it because they were busy. Read more

I think they have staffing issues like a lot of places. You may get a chipper employee or one who hates having a job.. take... your chances. Good location and the drinks were what they're supposed to be. Read more

I've been here a few times, it's on my way to work and I have recently learned that I need caramel macchiato in my life some... mornings!!! Everything is good and I love the hot cappuccino, but the last time I stopped and went through the drive thru, thegirl that was working the window was really snippy and appeared to be obviously unhappy with something. I pulled away feelinglike I was a bother to them and since I haven't been back. Did a mobile order and we to pick it up to find not only a line in the drive through wrapped around the building but also the... lobby packed with people waiting on drinks. Not once or twice but MULTIPLE times I tried asking the team about my order to beignored or told to wait and never be helped. After 15 minutes of this I started requesting a refund to be told ?we don?t do themon mobile orders? then walked away from after another 10 minutes of being ignored I finally walked to the ?taps? where oneemployee was on her phone talking and I have to wave my hand in front of her to even get her acknowledgment. Meanwhile the lobbyis continuing to fill up. Beyond ridiculous experiences and my company will not be back as we normally use Dunkin? for ourmanager meeting but after this I think not. Read more

Stopped by this past weekend to get a Charli Cold Brew. I have had this drink before so I know how it should taste. It was... watered down and the cold foam did not have caramel in it. I am glad I didn't get a large. I will give them another chance on mynext trip to TN. Read more
