Ordered ahead via the app, arrived at the drive through, and was told to go ahead and pull around to the window. Fast forward to... 30 minutes of waiting, then finding out they didn't see our order in the system, and they'd make it quickly. While the stafftried to correct the issue, we wasted close to an hour before getting our paid order. Read more
