Very disappointed. This not NOT nitrogen ice cream! The ice cream is NOT made right in front of you. They have very limited... flavors and is served from giant tubs of BLUE BELL ice cream. I was here a year ago and it was honestly the greatest ice cream.It was freshly made in front of you with nitrogen and so creamy with a large variety of flavors. Wow?. Probably the worst customer service experience ever. No one knew how to make the ice cream sundaes. They were looking off... of a recipe card. We ordered at 6:15 pm and got our ice cream in spurts because they didn?t know who ordered what. Ended upgiving one of our sundaes to another customer. My son finally got his ice cream made at 6:45?. This was ridiculous and we willnever be back. Not to mention the outrageous price for soft serve sundaes. Spent $40. Managers need to do some serious trainingwith their staff. 100/10, absolutely amazing! I was so glad to see vegan options for ice cream here and their soy base is amazing! I mixed mine... with peanut butter and it was heavenly. They had a ton of mix-in, base, and topping options and it is a very generous portion ofice cream! So lovely and I would definitely come back, both for ice cream and to try their bubble tea! The ice cream was very good and extra creamy. The fresh made waffle cones were really good as well. The staff were really busy,... and likely understaffed for a Saturday night. There were a lot of flavor choices but the toppings were limited. I really wantedsome white chocolate! All in all, we really enjoyed it. Read more
