Reviews for Denny's in Pigeon Forge, TN
My review is not so much for this Denny's but for the server, Rosie. She was amazing, very sweet, very attentive, they were so... short staff she went back there herself and made our food and my husband said it was one of the better steaks he has had in along time, my food was also very good. If she was not there it would have been a horrible experience but despite the long waitmy husband and I walked out happy. Honestly might be the best service I have received in a long time. Went two nights in a row since almost nothing else was open late. We had to wait a good while due to insufficient staffing but... everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Big ups to our server Dylan, that guy is awesome. He was running aroundfrom table to table and still gave us a great customer service experience. Read more

My favorite place to eat when I come to pigeon forge they were closed due to no help The sign says their taken to go orders No,... their closed. I'm not mad at ya, ???? Hi, I made it back 6/11/22Yay, you were open and so busy .the line was all the way down the sidewalk but the long wait was very well worth it.Everythingwas GREAT. Kerry, she was very friendly and very helpful. Our server Kelsey or Chelsea sorry I forgot .outdid herself. She wasso wonderful. You don't see young ones working as hard, good as her anymore. Update : I just drove 50 miles to dine here. Closed !! No more Denny's. Waffle House is always... open. ---------------------------- As a person that dines out every day, I feel that I am familiar with great food andservice. I haven't dined with Denny's in many years. Until this morning. This restaurant is beyond a 100% rating. Excellentfood and service. The manager, Jason, assisted me with an order. He was extremely polite and professional. In conclusion, Ihighly recommend this restaurant, should one visit the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Read more
Late night dinner after a show in Gatlinburg on a Sunday left us heading back into PF to find a place to eat at 10:30 on a... Sunday night. As with everywhere at the moment they have a staff shortage, and the kitchen seemed to be struggling based onoverhearing other diners. Regardless, our waitress was friendly, and our food came out hot and tasty. We ordered the Bourbonburger and the American diner single. Our burgers where juicy, and the buns where slightly sweet. This is probably the best Denny?s location I?ve been to, EVER. We were immediately seated, unlike the other restaurants in the... area with hour or longer wait times. Our waitress was super kind and always checking on us to see how everything was. I orderedthe All-American slam, and for the price their was plenty of food. It was good for what it was, but not amazing. Alsoconveniently right on the parkway. In the entrance they also had a ton of booklets on things to do in the area, and also had 4arcade machines.
