My mom is allergic to dairy. No dairy in the pretzels as long as they make one fresh with no butter. They were happy to make her... one fresh. Read more

Garbage Auntie Ann, ask for fresh pretzels, they give me two pretzels that are hard and old, and they ask for a tip to put... Pretzels in a bag, and when you dont you get the stink eye... you are paid an hourly wage, I shouldnt be paying your wages, youdidnt do anything to earn a tip besides your job. I m not tipping you for hard un-eatable food that is already extremely overpriced. 12 Dollars for old food, not worth it Read more

Asked for an original pretzel, no salt and was told I could just have a regular one and pick all the salt off myself. Then... ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel. The worker went through all of them then handed me one, threw the rest away and told hercoworker they were all hard. He replied "they're probably from yesterday" 1. Why did you give me one if they were so hard theyneeded to be thrown away. 2. This was at about 7 pm so anything from the previous day should have been thrown away long ago. Also ordered center of the roll from the cinnabon side for a family member which is known for being soft, it was extremely hardand inedible and had to be thrown away. I have never had this experience at an auntie annes nor Cinnabon and will not bereturning to this location. Read more
