It was freezing inside.....at least 60. The French fries were cold. Went to ladies room and there was no door to the handicap... stall and no tissue in the other one. Arby's is not the same since covid no matter where we've been with the exception of theArby's in Warsaw NC. Read more
Do not go here after leaving Dollywood unless you want to wait an hour for your food. They do not maintain a large enough staff... to get more than one or two customers every 15 minutes. Waited in the front of the line for about half an hour before decidingto leave. Arby's - PAY YOUR WORKERS. This is clearly a staffing issue, and workers were very obviously not trained well as theywere incredibly slow and constantly miscommunicating. I am from North Carolina and I love Arby's but, this store is the the worst. I only got half of my families food and when I went... back up to ask for the rest, I was told that we got everything. My husband and niece even went up there. Then we started gettingignored. This definitely put a damper on my family's trip. Read more
Wouldn?t know how the food was. Gave up after waiting at the speaker to order for 20 minutes. Guy came in when we first got... there and said he would be with us as soon as he could. That?s the last I heard from him. This was after waiting about 15 min toget to the speaker to order. I don?t know what?s going on at this location but it needs some major changes and it seems likethey need to start in upper management. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Decided to go inside. Was never able to get good ordered and was treated very... rudely by the Grey haired man that was running the drive through. After 45 minutes of I gave up and left. They care more aboutonline orders than someone standing in front of them. I won't go back to this Arby's!!!! Read more

The lines at Dollywood were so long that all I had to eat was ice cream. When I left there , I was starving, and Arby's half... pound roast beef and curly fries fixed that problem in the very best way. It was probably the cheapest, most satisfying mealI've eaten this week. Read more
