Carpet in dining area needs attention my shoes were sticking to the carpet and while there were only a few people in at 3 ish... all the tables were dirty and high chairs were super sticky. Looked very dirty and not appealing. Read more
I enjoy Taco John's for some highly Americanized Mexican from time to time, but I was admittedly EXTREMELY surprised by their... breakfast! While some fast food places have decent breakfast burritos, the one thing that's always annoyed me is that they're60% filling and 40% tortilla, and I'm not the biggest fan of flour tortilla flavor. However, Taco John's is more like 85%filling and 15% tortilla, so you can barely taste the tortilla. Not to mention the potato ole's keep their crunch so you get notonly flavor, but texture. I never thought I would say Taco John's is my favorite fast food breakfast food, but here I am! Read more
Wow very disappointed in Service and cleanliness. And food. Food was cold drinks flatt and had to go back because they forgot... one of my orders. And seeing this does not make me want to even eat my food plus no staff but one was wearing a mask andemployees just standing around when there could be cleaning done Read more
In the evening, this particular store CONSTANTLY screws up special orders. Husband always orders food "meat and cheese only",... and half the time they don't make it to order. This time, they also forgot the cheese on the burrito. Taco came out fine.Receipt was never read back to him to verify. If local/corporate can find personnel/managers that are more diligent, I'd be farhappier. Read more
Drive through is insanely slow. Drive through is supposed to be quick for those on the go, but this takes longer than going in... to dine elsewhere. I saw 1 car move in the line in 10 minutes. Read more
