Tried to order pizza for delivery. Called 4 times, was on hold for a total of 5 minutes and was hung up on 3 times. Poor poor... service. Read more
Manager is a joke, crew has no clue what they are doing, when you ask for a manager shes not there then get a call back from... manager with zero people skills rude as they come and then hangs up on you... come on pizza hut time for new management Read more
A little gross , bathrooms were nasty so it was all around kind of gross. Staff seemed like they were cold and just rolled out... of bed, not professional or waitress looking . Managers were more interested in an all day smoke break. Read more
I was a bit excited to come across a dine in pizza hut but wasn't pleased with the experience. Run down dirty dining area stuck... in the 90s. The tables were dirty and the highchair. Service was lacking but that is the new norm with staffing. The bathroomwas leaking as well. I'd suggest maybe shutting down dine in until updates and staffing are fixed. Read more

Pierre South Dakota Pizza Hut is horrible with delivery and food was cold plus our $68.00 order was messed up. Then when we... called there mess up to the what we ordered and get the proper order they put me on hold for ANOTHER 10 minutes again. When Icalled back the 2nd time the lady answered the phone and within seconds after saying hello she hung the phone up on me. Then Icalled back she didn't say anything just forward me to customer service. Horrible business! Why shop or eat local snd supportlocal when you get treated like this. I thought I would try Pizza again and after this, not supporting a horrible business likethis again. This didn't even deserve a one star rating. Read more
