5 stars for atmosphere as we were the only ones in there. I see why that is now. The girl who took our order had no sense of... customer service for starters. Im assuming Subway doesnt have a dress code or anything as clearly displayed in the photo iveattatched. She continuously chose to cuss like a sailor behind the back of the customers at the window who were inconveniencingher with questions reguarding cookies being sold out. She must have forgot we were dining right in front of her. She didntdouble toast our subs like we requested but claimed she did. Lastly, im allergic to cheese. She failed to change her gloves outafter making my girlfriends sub, that had cheese on it. Double cheese at that. If you eat her, keep your receipt because we suredid! This is pathetic. Use to come here for the breakfast sandwich, now they no longer serve breakfast at all. So just started going... & getting the bread & making my own sandwich. Consistently go & they say there out of herbs & cheese & can only get white orwheat. Okay, so I say I will get white. Then they lady says they can no longer ring up just the bread & they will have tocharge me for a full sandwich. Smfh I just left. Sorry, sad, & pathetic. And they are always rude you can tell they think themdoing there job is doing you a favor. ??????? I now drive an extra 15 mins just to go to different locations. Read more
Restaurant States on their official website close at 10:00 p.m. however if you're not there before 9:45 they state that the... kitchen is closed. They need to adjust their hours to reflect this correction. Even when calling and asking there is no friendlycustomer service or simply assistance to make our subs. Also try to make online order before we even called and it had preventedus from doing so which is why we called. I understand that when it is time to close employees want to go home but then theyshould officially close the store at The times they no longer take orders. Back in the day when I work fast food in high schoolwe had to continue taking customers right up to the hours that we close and then did the after clothes clean up and procedures Idon't understand what the difference is either way you're going to have to stay and clean up very very disappointed what giveszero Stars ????
