I don't expect much from McDonald's but this one continues to amaze me in all the ways they can mess up. We go exclusively at... night because we're awake then and they're the only 24hr McDonald's. There's never anyone at the front, they're always in theback goofing off because they don't have orders on the board to be working on and don't take drive thru orders at night. Thistime was definitely the tipping point to this review. Not only did the app totally screw up on our first order, already makingfor a bad experience, apparently their system is down and my mobile order went through, charged me, but I was told "sorry storesclosed" on the app and the girl, who is consistently pretty rude, said we'd be waiting 30 minutes just for our food. We weren'ttold this until after we'd ordered. Had I been told I'd have just gone the hell home. Now I'm stuck waiting for food for 30freaking minutes. The app needs to be worked on and this McDonald's needs better night people. Read more
The lady said it was closed, as food was given away for free among some individuals. She yelled that mcdonalds was closed, I... walked away, I thought it was 24 hours, she persisted to gossip and chat, instead of being a responsible employee of mcdonaldssaying the system is down, she was unethical and not clean. I have come to relize that the young generation is in no way to beresponsible for the working class. Biden ruined america for good. No way to restore good work ethics. Its gone people, thisplace is not clean at all, stay away from this place, be suprised whats not clean and whats in the fryer, no maintenance to thisplace, health department needs to step in here severly, people are poisoned everyday, my my what happened to this mcdonalds, ranit to the ground. Is customer service even a thing anymore! Unfortunately I can't say this has been my only experience like I've just had at this... particular McDonald's but this has got to be one of the worst. We are headed down the dumps! People are not raised with anyrespect or work ethic as a norm and this McDonald's proves that in every way. I have just witnessed the worst we have to offeras a people and it doesn't seem to be getting better anytime soon. Way to go McDonald's you charge more than you ever have andyou provide the worst food, and service ever! Maybe it's time to eliminate this chain for many good reasons! Read more
Their quarter pounder burger is awesome, I thought it's already have veggies it might because of recession they added some cents... to every veggies added.Mcdo frappe is always the best for me. Read more
We got 2 boxes of 20 piece nuggets and all but 10 of them were cold and tasted old and we couldn't even eat them. Our 3yr old... grand daughter even said they were nasty and she didn't want it. She loves nuggets from here. They REALLY need to do betterabout keeping the food made fresh Read more
It?ll do in a pinch. Not the worst McDonald?s but not my favorite. Generally have good experiences here. I have noticed their... prices seem a little higher than other locations and they try to do the old upsell to large when the drink should be same forlarge or medium anyway. Read more
Visit was as to be expected for a fast food joint. I have noticed that this location gets tour buses and is high volume, with it... being a Pilot and right at I-85. Late night can be hit or miss as far as speed of service. I?ve visited this location at all thedifferent time frames of the day and I can say that I?ve never gotten bad food or terrible service- I have had to wait anextraordinarily long time for my order quite a few times. Let?s start out with saying?.it?s McDonald?s so my expectations are low to begin with. Actually had good customer service here.... Nice cashier. Ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese meal. I get 5 min down the road and crack in to the burger. Nice and coolinside with ice cold cheese. Once I got home I looked at the meat. Not cooked through.
