They still have a way to go here but things are going to change again apparently. The food is still good but they are working on... getting their personnel to be more reliable like everywhere else nowadays. I wouldn't count them out as yet. Read more
horrible service over a number of visits to this location. I work in the area and Ive had many visits with being out of food or... just underwhelming service. This is a busy exit and not many people eat at this location which should already give a warning topeople wanting to eat here. I went around 10:15 one day to get something to eat and was told I can have a breakfast frisco or acinnamon roll. I asked if that meant they had already been made and were just sitting in a warmer and was told yes. So I saidthat doesn't sound like something I would want to eat and the employee said they wouldn't want to eat something that was sittingout either. So I asked if the employee if they were saying that they were not going to cook anything and the employee said yes. Go figure, they actually remodeled this location shortly after which blows my mind because they can't get much business at thislocation. Just stay away and go somewhere else for food in the area until they change how seriously the staff take their job. Read more
Here's an update September 8th. They were serving breakfast when I pulled up to see if they were selling food. Before that I was... skeptical and anticipating the unnecessary drive to QT afterwards. But like I said earlier they were serving food. :-) althoughit did take some time to order and to receive my food, I am okay with that. At least I didn't have to make a drive out of theway for breakfast. It seems like there was only one worker there this morning. She did an awesome job, and it seemed like shewas managing pretty well. I am giving back a star because other than her being by herself and it took longer than it should, thefood was good, and she was courteous and friendly. Plus as I mentioned before I did not have to drive out of my way to getbreakfast while my husband waited on me so he could go to work. I will update and add another star next time as long as theyare selling food, the food quality hasn't changed, and are courteous and kind. (Previous review: 2 stars: They never have foodready when Google clearly says they are open. I've made the drive on 3 separate occasions and have been told that it will be30 minutes before food is ready. This morning I was told there is a hold on all the food. And the worker was reluctant ontelling me the approximate time food will be ready. Now I'm having to drive the opposite way to qt to purchase breakfast. I wish it was possible to leave no stars. This place is just not good. First off staff is rude, we were told we could not add a... hash brown on to our order, the French toast sticks are hard and they give you half pieces. Oh and did you know they close from11am-12pm to get ready for lunch? What fast food restaurant does this? I worked in fast food and we switched from breakfast tolunch while taking orders... It's not hard high school kids can do it.... Let's also talk about how their food is ALWAYS cold...This place needs new management and crew. Do better! Read more
After having breakfast Friday morning, had the best breakfast platter than any Hardee's I've been to! Cook hooked it up, was... nice and very friendly. All other Hardee's suck compared to this one. This morning's gravy biscuit had gravy with the consistency of glue. Also, I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. There was... no cheese. Egg had not been stirred before it was cooked. Disappointed in quality of food. Read more
Ordered 3 items, 1 item was left out. The inside is closed and all doors were locked so I had to get back in the long line to... get what should have been in my bag to begin with. Overall it took 40 min to get breakfast. Then when I open the biscuit up,it's old. Looks like they reheated biscuits from the day/night before. I use to like this Hardee's, but this is the last straw.I'm done. Read more
