The worst in the area. Was asked to pull up after order. Sat through about 5 other cars and Alisha (the woman working window)... stuck her head out of the door and asked "waitin for hash browns?". I said "ma'am I have not received any of my order." I walkin and they are hurried to make my order. The manager walks out of her office and says "What's his problem?" Ok now I'm lit upand I did curse. I said "I'll tell you the f×××in problem is. You all don't know what you are doing." The Manager said "Icould leave and after the second car I should have came in to see what the problem was." That makes no sense. I left. Look inthe bag and only half the order was in the bag. Wow What can I say. 6 cars in line yesterday at 130 pm mind you, and still a 30-minute wait! Then of course order was wrong and... here comes the kicker ...the freaking food was cold ! how in #%&@ does that happen ? Listen Management needs to get this placesome help.
