They deserve a zero. This chicken fast food restaurant is always out of chicken no matter what time of day it is. So... frustrating! But, We took a chance and went there tonight. We went through the drive thru. (the inside was closed) Took forevergetting someone to take our order even though there was only one other customer in line and none in the restaurant. Got to thewindow and it looked like there was no one there. Waited long enough for someone to come to the window that we noticed howfilthy the drive thru window was. There was a 35 min wait to get our order because of course they were out of chicken. Got homeand the chicken was over-cooked and the sides we got tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. The lobby is kept closed because the employees believe that they won't have customers if they can't come in. They do not clean... as per company operating procedures. The employees are simply riding the clock to get a paycheck. I received cold chicken froma restaurant that specializes in chicken and immediately returned it. I was asked to pay with a debit card because they didn'thave change which is probably because they don't want to count it at the end of shift. Dhec or any other governmental agencyshould stop by on an evening shift and see the sorry state that this establishment is kept in. Took almost an hour to get my order. Did not get a receipt, was told they had no paper. Asked for Strawberry and got grapes... jelly. Noticed people were leaving after placing order at drive-thru. Saw nothing but young boys working.. Will not be back!!! Read more
*Extremely* slow drive through, poor service, watched drivers ahead of me have to stop and get out to have orders fixed because... the dining room was closed. Adding this to my ?Avoid? label in google maps. Update: Food received was lukewarm and soggy. Endedup stopping the next exit to throw it away and get something else. Hopefully nobody gets sick. Went to head in the dining room and was told it was closed, even though the sign said dining room was now open, the person... mumbled something but said they're waiting on something and I could go through drive thru in 10-15 minutes. I waited that timein which they came and motioned to pull through. When I did and tried to order, I was told "We don't have enough chicken forthat," I said well how much do you have enough for? It went silent and after a few minutes they came back and said they didn'thave any chicken at all. But if a CHICKEN place doesn't have CHICKEN then why even be open? This was around 2 o clock on aSunday afternoon. From the amount of people I could see in the dining room from outside there were at least 5-7 people working,so worker shortage was not an issue. I'm just curious as to why their claims went from , "We don't have enough for that" to "Wedon't have any chicken whatsoever." I'm willing to bet once they heard I was trying to get a Family Meal pack they were lazy anddidn't want to make that order. Because how do you have enough chicken to tell me to go through the drive thru to then hearingwhat the order was and saying that a chicken place has no chicken whatsoever. I'm not stupid and really don't appreciate themwasting 20 minutes of my time waiting to order food apparently they never had. I will NEVER be going back to this locationconsidering the employees apparently aren't interested in actually working or the fact that a restaurant that mostly serveschicken, doesn't actually have chicken to serve. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to in my life. The lobby is always closed.... prepare to wait 15-20 mins for your food IF you even get the chance to order. The employees are simply rude and the food issubpar WHEN YOU EVEN GET ANY. Like today for example. It's 9 in the morning. . Why is the store closed? I have never been moreinconvenienced by a fast food location. And this is just a brief explanation. This store needs a district manager on scene fromthe moment they open to the time they close and I bet they still wouldn't serve 10 people. Shut this place down or fire everyoneand restaff. Routinely takes 30+ minutes to receive food. Customer service is terrible. Order is always incorrect and the food stale or half... cooked. I normally drive the extra time it takes for the one in Anderson. Hands down the worst Bojangles I?ve everexperienced. **edit** My wife went today and I accompanied her. Sat in the drive thru line for an hour. Couldn?t even goinside to ask about our food because they had the doors locked. At the fifteen minute mark the employee came outside to ask uswhat we ordered.
