The rudest drive through employees that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.overall I enjoy a good Bojangles but... this location sucks . Upper management should clean house or close the doors. They have a 3.5 review rating which isridiculously to high it should be 0. I would not reccomend this location to anyone. Read more
Rude, cold fries, over cooked chicken that was like chewing on cardboard, and the biscuit side was black and hard as a hockey... puck. Quality control is not a priority apparently. Read more
The management must be very proud of the staff working tonight (Thursday, August 25, 2022) at the Augusta rd, Piedmont location.... They are so very, very slow and rude. We ordered online; what was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes took 45 minutes. Howeverothers ordered at the drive through after us and they got their order in a few minutes. When. We finally got our order mydaughter in law made a comment about it taking a long time to the girl that brought it out. She told my daughter in law to go tohell. Really!!!!!! I believe I need to get in touch with cooperate office and compliment this location we will never visitagain. Read more
No one in line, still waited over ten minutes for food. Need to fire all and start again. Been steadily going downhill. Seems... most restaurants near GHS don't really care, they know they'll get busy no matter how terrible the service and food is. TheMcDonald's on Cannon nearest the hospital I no longer go to. Kid working drive thru gave my husband a dirty look, my husband didn?t get his large mashed potatos, and I go a spicy chicken... sandwich from the regular I ordered. Please either open your ears or get the speakers and microphones replaced, because myhusband spoke clearly. Edit: One day later they burn my husband?s chicken biscuit. Read more
I took a few bites and both biscuits are disgusting and very hard I?m disappointed!! They are also rude .
I will not be going back to this location. I ordered a steak biscuit and tea. The steak had a weird taste. As we were leaving we... seen an employee gathering the trays. She placed them on top on the trash cans in the lobby. She began to wipe them down andplaced them on top of the other trash can. That is just nasty. Someone is going to get sick from this place. If I could give it a zero, I would. I go every Sunday to this location to get breakfast for my family. Normally, Paul is the guy... who takes my order and is always so kind. Today (11/27/22) the woman who took my order (white lady with a neck tattoo) hadattitude from the start. It?s my fault for staying in line after seeing people banging on the door trying to get their orderfixed. After paying, I was given food that was not mine and gave it back to be corrected. It took 4 people to give me my orderagain and it was still wrong. I tried to speak to the lady who took my order and she kept interrupting me so I asked if I couldspeak my order without her interrupting me. Guess she can dish it out but can?t take it because she jerked her mask down andsaid ?You don?t have to give me attitude.? They finally gave me my order?which was still wrong but I was over it at this point.They closed the window and started laughing and talking about me right in front of me. I could hear what they were saying stillthough. I was called a few choice words by some of the staff, which is fine. But what?s not fine is paying $22 for breakfast andgetting nasty food and nasty service. Got home and the food tasted like they used oil from two weeks ago to make it. Iunderstand working in the service industry is not always easy and I?m extra careful to be empathetic to those who do. But thiswas just ridiculous.
