Every single thing is disgusting. From "cleanliness" , to their attitude, to the food. Here's a "3 piece dinner" . Took forever... to even order , much less get the food and the tea was sour. They weren't busy either. Read more

Our first time ATTEMPTING to try Bojangles. Waited to roll up to drive thru. As soon as we got to order board, a rude guy says... "We don't have any dark meat and it's cash only!". No "hello", nothing. So we pulled out of line to park and go in as we weren'tsure what we would get in the "family meal" with "no dark meat". The door was locked and no one payed any attention to myhusband at door. This was 5 pm...not super late! Just ridiculous. Very disappointing and annoying. So many working people todayare just angry and couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction....or just being minimally nice, for that matter.Management at this route 86 Piedmont, SC location should be ashamed. hit or miss. some days you can get service but most of the time expect long waits. The worst experiences I have had are when... pulling up to the drive thru having nobody acknowledge that they will take your order when they can or that you even exist. Iwaited a good ten minutes one morning after the vehicle in front of me ordered without any acknowledgement from an employee thatthey would be right with me, hang on were busy etc.. The lady behind me started honking and shouting and after waiting a fewmore minutes I asked if anyone was there to no response. After the lady behind me honked and shouted again I left and wentsomewhere else. The only saving grace is the food is cooked properly when you can actually order. Read more

This location is always so slow to get food. I feel I wait at least 30 minutes with no other cars in the line. It seems they... only take one order and produce it before they take another to keep their time goals as best as they can. I understand lowstaffing but no hustle and to top it off not friendly or apologetic at all. Morale is bad and team doesn't care. Read more

The only reason this gets one star is because 0 stars isn?t an option. We?re not picky people. We actually understand things... like understaffing and that people have bad days? BUT? It took forever just to be able to order. We had to remind her drinkscome with the combo. Another eternity later, we get to the window and pay. She hands us a ripped bag of food. We drive off onthe next half of our six hour road trip. I take the sandwiches out of the bag to find that the fries were literally just dumpedin the bottom. We decided to just put the bag between us and share fries. I open our sandwiches to find they?re not what weordered. Not only that, but the chicken was burnt almost black, and resembled a curled up, old chicken tender. My tea had no iceand was hot. Not warm. Hot. It?s 91 degrees today?. But at least it was fresh, unlike the chicken. The best thing I can sayabout this experience is that they gave us plenty of fries; probably enough for eight people, which would have been awesome hadthey not been so overseasoned that they were inedible. I have a small list of restaurants off 85 N/S that are ?Do Not Return?.This one goes on that list. Read more
