It's difficult to complain about a fast food restaurant as we're not looking for anything resembling perfection or a good... experience. With that said, the fact that the milk shake machine was broken did not bother me. The fact that they ask you tomake a donation to their charity at the drive through window didn't bother me either, and I agreed to do so, although honestlybeing asked to tip and donate to charity everywhere I go is getting annoying. The reason for the 1 star is because for thesecond time in a row, we didn't get what we paid for. $25 for two combos and both of them were missing curly fries. My doctoris probably happy they forgot this part of the combo, and ultimately I don't mind. You keep the fries, and this one starreview. Read more
Make sure you check your order BEFORE leaving. My order was different from what i received. I asked for no cheese, guess... what.. goo all over. Next thing, they forgot my 4 dollar fries. When i finally got home, I tried calling. They neveranswered. Read more
Excellent staff. I all ways get best food and service.. Angel, Karrie and Kim ALWAYS remember my rather large order.
If you go to the drive thru, make sure you ask for your receipt. They always charge me more than I'm supposed to pay, it's... happened twice. Next time I will ask for my receipt and find out how much each item is supposed to cost. Read more
Went through the drive thru around 12-1p. staff was quick, friendly, and professional. I fell in love with bacon chicken... jalapeno wrap, so when they said they no longer have it I was sad. In turn I got the buffalo wrap combo and it was just as goodbut would prefer the other. Please bring back ???? My dad always gets the roast beef half pound combo and it was delicious justas it alway is. **We both got curly fries and they were hot and fresh. Fries are super important I think. When I order the roast beef sandwich, I ask for it shredded, the roast is paper thin and delicious, I tried the new steak... burger it was really good , but for the price I'll stay with the roast beef. Read more
Friendly Staff, good food. The drink machine in the lobby was off and not dispensing anything resulting in have to give the cup... to an employee for something to drink. The food was given to me in a timely manner. Fresh and warm. I would recommend cominghere as of this moment. Read more
This Arby's was very nice. Employee's were wonderful food was awesome and bathrooms were clean.
