Great service, I stopped comming to this particular papa John's pizza because there was a lady that was always rude/bad... attitude(even over the phone!) but today I went to pickup my order and I noticed new employee faces, and very very friendly andpolite! Worst service ever, I went last night 10/22/2020, and the lady in the register was very rude, it was going to be the first time... my family ate that pizza, but we are very disappointed with customer service. We always eat Domino's and Pizza hut, we wanted totry something different. The owners of this place should give Customer Service training to his collaborators, all businessdepends of his customer, don't forget this. Read more

worst pizza ever. They weren?t even busy and they screwed up on our pizza .they did not even offer to make another one. I think... they put cheese over their toppings so they can cover their mistakes. Canadian bacon was a joke. They said we would pay $26 ifit wasn?t on special. Still not worth $15.
