Today my dad comes home drenched in coffee. Turns out when one of the workers handed him his drink the lid wasn't on properly... and spilt all over him. I acknowledge that accidents happen, however my dad explained when the lady handed him his new coffeeshe was laughing. This upsets me as 1. the worker didn't think to make sure he didn't get burnt? 2. his pants were soaked rightthrough 3. he's an understanding guy a simple apologize would have been fine but to LAUGH in his face? absolutely disgusting. Iwish I knew the girls name who did this because I am so upset. Simply asking someone if they're okay and apologizing goes a longway. This happened Sept 29 2022 at noon. Read more
One of the worst locations. This place always gets my order wrong and now apparently the don't serve food after 4pm!!!!
Terrible. At 3pm out of chicken, out of bacon. Even worse, the following day tried to get a grilled cheese at 4pm and they were... also out of cheese!!.. Next time I'm expecting this location will be out of coffee! Read more
The crew is so pleasant and they serve with a smile and a decent greeting!
Drive thru attendant didn?t listen and continuously got the order wrong. After asking if I?d like to add anything else, I added... another coffee alongside the meal to which he aggressively said ?ok how many ice coffees? when we got to the window, they saidthey don?t have anymore almond milk, then said they do, not sure what was happening but their rude and unorganized. 10 minutes, still waiting to take my order and yet there are no cars in front of me. I've been here before and they screwed up... my order and coffee tasted bad. Gave them another chance but realized the good reviews must be from friends. Never again.... Read more

Went through drive thru. Herman is a good worker. Keep him!
