Ok I?m picky when it comes to? everything lol. So when I say this place might just have the best boba in Durham, please believe... me. I?m a fan of slushy roe smoothie drink with tapioca. Getting the right consistency is usually the let down at certainplaces. But never here. It perfectly blended and melts exactly how it should. Now why I couldn?t give 5??. The service can beup and down. Some days I go, the person knees exactly what I?m asking for and allows me to customize my drink (I customeverything lol). But quite a few times I?ve gone, the cashier doesn?t even want to have a conversation about my order. I get theimpression they want me to pick something from the menu and move the heck on. This is a huge no no for me. Second reason, andthis might have a business explanation but why am I being charged extra for tapioca? is already a bubble tea, the bubbles are tobe included anyway. I think it?s a shameful cash grab. But I also don?t own a boba tea? YET???? Overall, it?s really good justoverpriced for what it is. Give it a try. Let me know if you agree ?????? Read more
Everytime I ask for less or no sugar(sweetener) I get the opposite. I'm not sure if the person taking my orders forgot to... communicate that with the person making my order; but I'm tired of it. It's too sweet and it's not until I get home that Irealize such and by then the store is already closed, or I'm already back in Toronto. Read more
Everytime I order from this amazing chain, I am welcomed with smiling faces; which does not occur in any of the other chains.... The construction of the drinks are also amazing to watch as they are created with such finesse. The outcome... undeniablydelicious bubble tea. 5 STARS 5 STAR 5 STAR. Had the honey milk tea with tapioca, it was really good. Especially their homemade tapioca.
