Placed an order for 2 chicken sandwiches at 6:11pm and followed up twice after waiting 30 mins and having tons of people who... came in after me get their orders and leave. Didn?t get food until 6:50. I?m normally a pretty patient person and understandit can get busy especially around dinner time, but 40 mins for fast food? Literally, one of the worst popeyes I have ever been to. I ordered 5 pc chicken spicy dark meat and the person packing my order... gave me white meat and the chicken was mild. I saw him doing that and said that's not my order and he reassured that my orderwas correct and soon as I came home and checked the order, it was white meat and mild. Seriously disappointed at the service andthe staff who think they can fool the customer and serve them the leftover food. Waste of my time and money as I had to throwthe food out. I decided to do a mobile order. There were three people in line and I went to the mobile pick up area. The staff didn't... acknowledge that I was there and I thought they were working on my order. After all the customers ordered, and some even gottheir food (over 10 mins wait ) , I decided to ask if my order was ready. That's when they got the receipt and started workingon it. I thought the whole point of a mobile order was getting your food faster but it was slower than waiting in line andordering. I asked them if that's the case (I was genuinely curious) and the answer I got was "don't bother if it's rush hour, weprioritize the customers in store". The answer did surprise me but at least they were honest lol. But really, they didn't evenstart after the other customers, they started after I decided to ask where my order was.
