So this Location is supposed to open at 10 AM. Many times I drive out of my way to try to grab a sandwich before I head to... work. Every single time I will wait over 20 minutes for them to open their doors and nobody goes to work. Change your time ofoperation If you don't plan on showing up on time because people are trying to support your business and They can't. I'm betteroff going elsewhere I will no longer try to come and give you guys my money before work. By the way there's also many peoplewaiting outside the doors at 10 AM. Read more
The individual working here was rude, lacked any sense of urgency and had little care that two people waiting in line left. He... was incredibly slow and failed to take anyone else?s order despite waiting 10min for him. I would NOT recommend this location atall. Read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Was there today, 1 person in front of me ordering, I walk over to look at the sub of the day menu... and the man working behind the counter says what would you like before I could see the sub of the day menu. I turn around and Ihear the man who came in behind me say, this guy (myself) is in front of me. The employee then says he can wait, what do youwant. The man says no he can order first. So I ask the employee what is the sub of the day and in the rudest of manor he says"didn't you just look at the menu, you should know it" In shock I asked him what he just said to me. He says "you heard me, youlooked at the menu so you should know it" I told him that that's the worst way to speak to a paying customer. He said he didn'tcare. I walked out and told him I would never buy a sub here again. He said theres the door you can leave and never come back. The guy working there possibly the owner was extremely arrogant and rude in regard to my topping choices. Was extremely... triggered when I referred to my bread selection as Italian herbs and cheese. I asked for Thai dressing and he corrected me andasked if I wanted Sweet and Spicy Thai. The most disturbing thing was when I looked behind the counter and the guy had sandalson. Pretty sure that goes against the health code lol. Definitely won?t return which is a shame because I love Mr. Sub. :( Read more
Good lunch. Service is almost always friendly, but they appeared to have a new employee over this past weekend that I had to... remind to change their gloves after handling money. She was busy, working alone and apologized, promptly changing her gloves. Iwill still continue to be a patron. Read more
It's probably been at least fifteen years since I've been to Mr. Sub, or it certainly feels that way. I've been to other... sandwich shops but I'm not sure what kept me away, especially from supporting a Canadian company. This location was on thecorner of the building and was quite spacious, with high ceiling and ample seating available. It was also very clean. It tookme a while to choose which sandwich to get but in the end I ordered the original Assorted Sub on the Mediterranean Greek bun. Ialso had it toasted. The ingredients were fresh, with good portions. I really enjoyed it! 4/5.0 The sandwich was really good,better than I remembered but there was some odd ( suspicious) behavior from the lone clerk. When I arrived, there was a lonegentleman just finishing his meal at one of the tables. He and the clerk appeared to know each other and were quite chatty,speaking plain English. A family came in while I was still deciding what to have so I let them go ahead. After greeting themand answering a few basic questions, the clerk never said another word. None. Not to the family nor to me. He just pointed atthings and grunted. Very odd. Even stranger, he entered their order in the cash register and pointed to the total. He refusedtheir credit card and indicated that he wanted cash, which they paid, reluctantly. Once they left, he appeared to erase theirorder out of the cash register. Hmmm... He didn't even enter my order in the register. He just showed me the total on acalculator and indicated he wanted cash. Hmmm... While I was eating, the phones (cell and landline) rang several times and hedidn't answer any calls. Hmmm... I have no idea if this clerk was the owner/franchiser, manager, or hired help but hisbehaviour was noticeably odd and very suspicious. Very odd.
